Nancy C. Widmann had an impressive sales and management career at CBS for 25 years. She was the first woman to run a division of the company, and served as President of CBS Radio for eight years. Ms. Widmann managed 21 stations, six radio networks, and a national sales firm. She currently speaks across the country on corporate politics and serves as an executive coach to senior managers. Amy Dorn Kopelan moved upward for 20 years through the executive ranks of ABC Television, and was the first woman editor at ABC News. While managing the programming for Good Morning America during the merger between ABC/CapCities, Inc., she found herself in the middle of a minefield of corporate politics. Ms. Kopelan is currently President of Bedlam Entertainment Inc., a company that specializes in producing summits for senior executives. Dr. Elaine J. Eisenman is Dean of Executive Education at Babson College.
