About the Author
Nicola Field is a freelance journalist, mother of four and former chartered accountant. Nicola worked for Price Waterhouse and Arthur Anderson for five years. She then spent several years as a teacher of accounting, finance and business. She is a regular monthly contributor to Money Magazine and The Bulletin since 2000, and also writes for other ACP publications. In 2003, Nicola co-authored Financial Snakes and Ladders (Penguin) with Paul Clitheroe. She has also been a contributing writer to several personal finance books by Paul Clitheroe. Nicola is the primary scriptwriter for Paul Clitheroe’s radio series ‘Talking Money’, and researches and contributes to his weekly, nationally syndicated ‘Making Money’ newspaper column.
