Recent years have highlighted the need for quality executive talent as a key intangible asset impacting performance. More competitive economic times, coupled with the requirement to produce significantly improved business results, have focused the attention of CEOs and HR executives sharply on the need to benchmark the talent of their current executive team, develop the capability of individual executives, identify and build future talent pools and bring in new talent to fill key vacancies. However to date there has been little advice from the trenches on how to go about this in an effective way. This book will fill that gap and allow readers to cherry-pick the best approach for their organization.
