LEADING EDGE METHOD Appreciative Inquiry is a “hot” methodology in organzational and leadership development. Despite its obvious appeal for business and organizational coaches, no book has explored the potential for using “AI” in one-on-one coaching conversations. This book has the potential to be a key reference for senior coaches. CREDIBLE, RECOGNIZED AUTHORS The three authors are active in coaching, organizational development, and business associations and have strong ties to Fielding Graduate University, Capella University, and Stanford University. All have coached senior leaders in Fortune 500 companies. CONFIRMED ENDORSEMENTS This book will have the key endorsements of the creators of Appreciative Inquiry: Prof. David Cooperrider, Case Western Reserve University and Prof Frank Barrett, Fielding Graduate University. Charlie Seashore, co-founder of the National Training Laboratories has also agreed to endorse the book.
