Legendary investor Jim Rogers has written the first book on how to invest in commodities in a way that everyone can understand. By describing the big picture of how commodities have performed over centuries, Rogers shows readers how to make informed, sensible investment decisions. In late 1998, without many people noticing, a bull market in commodities began. Jim Rogers thinks its going to continue for about 15-20 years, similar to the way stocks increased in the 1980s and 1990s. And Rogers has put his money where his mouth is: In 1998, he started his own commodities index fund. Its up 160% since then, with over $200 million invested, and it has been the best performing index fund in any asset class anywhere in the world since then. Better than any mutual stock fund or bond fund, commodities are where the money is. According to Jim Rogers, lead could be as lucrative as gold. HOT COMMODITIES is savvy, practical and essential reading.
