• Each party accepts that the disclosure of aforementioned items, for any benefit, will result into legal proceedings, loss of job, and a penalty. Such information can be disclosed only in case of official judicial interrogation after an issue of a warrant, under the pledge of court, and in the honorable presence of judge and people of the jury.
