About the Author
NILS-GÖRAN OLVE is Adjunct Professor at Linköping University and a partner in Concours Cepro, a Stockholm consultancy. His previous book on the Balanced Scorecard, Performance Drivers, was published in eight languages. ANNA SJÖSTRAND is a consultant with Concours Cepro and has a background in communications and international marketing.
