Following on from Ashley Ormonds best-selling title, How to Give your Kids a $1 million, we now learn how to make a $1 million for ourselves and how to manage this money and ensure that it generates an income for us for life. The strategy explained in the book is sound and conservative. It is not a get-rich-quick manual. It is based around a 5-step plan, which starts with owning your own house and paying it off, maximising the opportunities offered by superannuation, investing outside of super, protecting your assets and developing your money sense. There are case studies and practical examples which make this road map to financial security an easy one to follow. The book will appeal to investors from age 35 to 50, who are income earning and carrying debt, but who are keen to take control of their financial future.
