Master CEOs taps into the thoughts of Australias leading chief executive officers or managing directors in an effort to understand why they are such outstanding leaders and why the companies they run have delivered above average results. Master CEOs is a book not only about management but delivers a very strong message on leadership. To be interviewed for the book, the CEOs had to be in charge of their company for at least 10 years and delivered shareholders a return greater than the share market in that period. The CEOs come from listed companies only as to include CEOs from unlisted or private companies was too subjective as a result of the lack of public reporting. The 13 CEOs included in the book come from a range of industries, are from across Australia and from both small and large companies. The format of the book is based upon the Masters of the Market books. There will be 13 chapters, each one dedicated to a different CEO. Each chapter will be a question and answer interview with introductions and conclusions from the authors.
