About the Author
Fiona Bruce is currently Chief Executive of Surrey Hampshire Borders NHS Trust, a large Community and Mental Heath Trust. Previously, Fiona was Executive Director of West Berkshire Priority Care Services NHS Trust, responsible for leading and directing projects, major change programmes and the human resources function. Fiona has also held positions as a Director at Stonham Housing Association and in Personnel with Acco-Rexel Ltd and Lyons Tetley Ltd. Ken Langdon is presently the non-executive chairman for SofTools, a supplier of electronic Integrated Support Systems. Ken has worked for many major computer companies worldwide, including Hewlett Packard and DEC. As well as writing books his experience as a process consultant has enabled him to help publishers and authors to improve the way that they translate business concepts into books and electronic tools.
