Seal Beach, Calif. Jean Barbazette is president of The Training Clinic, Seal Beach, California, a training consulting firm she founded in 1977. She has been in training and development for 35+ years and holds a BA in Social Science from College of Notre Dame and an MA in Education from Stanford University. Jean is a regular presenter at ASTD’s national convention2002 was her 11th yearand has taught at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and Coastline Community College.
