About the Author
MIKE HUDSON is the Director of Compass Partnership, a UK-based nonprofit management consulting firm with clients in the US and UK, and Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Civil Society at the London School of Economics. He was administrative director of Friends of the Earth during its formative years, and worked in the US and UK as a business strategy consultant. He has worked as a consultant with nonprofits for 20 years, leading teams that bring about major change in complex organizations. He has clients in Europe, the United States and Canada, and his previous book, Managing Without Profit has sold over 16,000 copies.
