About the Author
Alan Weiss –author, interntional consultant, and high-demand keynote speaker–is the founder and president of Summit Consulting Group. His clients have included Merck, Hewlett-Packard, Federal Reserve Bank, State Street Corp., Coldwell Banker, Merrill Lynch,Chase, Mercedes-Benz, GE, and over 300 similar organizations.
