About the Author
Major Doug Crandall, Editor, is an instructor in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at the USMA. He currently teaches the advanced version of West Points core leadership course. He has also served as a platoon leader, executive officer, personnel officer, and company commander at various U.S. Army forts. He has a BS from the USMA and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
