About the Author
Steve Truelove trained as an occupational psychologist before working in the engineering industry as a personnel officer. He then broadened this experience to include responsibility for training in the papermaking industry before joining Fielden House as a consultant in 1987. He became manager of Fielden House HRD division specializing in the training of trainers before setting up as an independent consultant in 1993.
