About the Author
Dr. William A. Cohen is Professor of Business Administration at Touro University International, the only fully accredited online research university in the country. He is also the former president of California American University and Department Chairman and Director of the Small Business Institute at California State University Los Angeles. His research into business methods has resulted in 50 books published in 16 languages.
