Leadership is among the most written about and discussed business topics. When it comes to leadership style, or characteristics for success, a common theme emerges: Leaders most in demand are those who are oriented towards action, who maintain a productive climate and can confidently motivate, mobilize, and coach employees to meet high performance standards.
