He has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector and worked as a Team Leader (Human Resources / Training and Development) in Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO),which is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He has also gained experience in business communication and organizational development, providing consultancy support and training. He is currently working in Statistics Centre Abu Dhabi (SCAD) as Head of Organizational Development.
