Based on the author’s expertise from working with clients that include Ernst and Young, Fleet Bank, and Houghton Mifflin, 90 Days to Launch shows business managers and decision makers how to plan and deliver Internet projects (i.e., e-commerce) on time and within budget in no more than 90 days. The book provides a field-proven framework that will help managers streamline the project management process for all types of Internet projects, but especially those relating to e-commerce. 90 Days to Launch instructs managers on formulating and managing a budget, selecting and screening vendors, assembling the project team, developing the project plan and timeline, and successfully launching the site. The first guidebook for managers on managing Internet projects, this book also includes the author’s trademarked RFP Blueprint, which provides managers with a standard and guidelines for soliciting, screening and selecting vendors. The Blueprint will be supported through a dedicated web site that will include interactive features. Both experienced managers and novices will find the Blueprint to be an important decision making tool.
