About the Author
Rachelle J. Canter, Ph.D., President of RJC Associates, is a management consultant with more than 15 years of experience in the field of executive development, assessment, selection, and outplacement at leading consulting firms and corporations, including Drake Beam Morin and Korn/Ferry International. She started her own consulting firm in 1994 and has 10 years of prior executive line management and survey research experience. Rachelle earned her Ph.D. in Social-Personality Psychology from the University of Colorado with a specialty in achievement and productivity, and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Stanford University with a B.A. in Psychology. She has spoken and written extensively on career, executive, and organizational development issues.
