Written by Bruce Brammall, bestselling author of The Power of Property: Securing Your Future Through Real Estate and Investing in Real Estate For Dummies. In the present-day finance media there is a considerable focus on baby boomers and their retirement and Gen Y and housing affordability, this book will bring the focus to the generation in the middle Gen X who are now entering their prime money earning years. The key point of difference for this book is the focus on debt and its uses in developing an effective wealth creation strategy. Debt is not just good or bad as is commonly discussed, but Dumb, Okay and Great. Brammall encourages Generation X to get rid of the dumb debt, utilise the okay debt and maximise their use of the great debt. Excellent use of humour and pop culture references – enough to make any Generation Xer cringe, but fondly remember the good ol days.
